I got to meet and photograph Argentinian Artist Adrián Villar Rojas during the installation of his large scale clay sculptures at the New Museum in 2012. The way the clay dries produces this effect of an instant ruin, these pieces had honestly only been competed the day prior. They also disappeared just as quickly, as there is no way to preserve the piece for removal, so they are destroyed at the end of the show, and Andrian and assistants move on to the next venue.
